and without using the words, “oxygen bleach, chemical, or oxidizer how would you explain to your client the process and procedure of using osr to treat Urine. Just curious

Steve, I wouldn't, I'd just use some Quat-a-lot and forget about it, follow with some O2 pre-spray and get rid of the yellow in the process.

OSR is so 2000.....lol

The best solution is to saturate the area with:

1. An Oxidizer (which breaks down the urine deposits so they no longer release odors)

and

2. a oxygen-compatible actual Enzyme

Extract with claw and then DynaCide or HydroCide or another "Cide" type product.

Oxidizers like OSR and Pet ZONE could be described as having an effervescant action. Or simply as rapidly accelerating the natural process of decomposition.
