My tech Phil 24 was attacked by a customer. We cleaned the carpet for this guy a month ago touched up a spot 2 or 3 weeks ago.
I'm in Hawaii and get a text from same customer saying he's got a chemo stain and when can I fix it.
I didn't realize who he was from the text so I assumed he had a bad stain and was a repeat. I asked if it was from chemotherapy he never answered probably not paying attention to his original misspelled text.
So I sent my guy told him to charge a minimum of $50 which is way to cheap.
When Phil got there he thought it was a job and quoted the minimum the guy flipped said just clean my carpet. Phil said he then grabbed his throat to which Phil pushed him back he tried to grab Phil's legs so Phil got him in a head lock. To which the customer cried uncle. Phil let him up and was trying to get out the door when he was picking up the clipboard the customer maced him and he fled out the door leaving his glasses and clipboard with another customers $90 check.
