It is just an alltogether bad deal for all involved and it seems it spun out of control quickly.

I think Sam is handling the whole situation quite maturely and it will be resolved soon enough.

Ok heres the real story lol. My guy got there told the guy it was a new stain he wasn't going to touch it up, I'm in Hawaii at the time at the botanical gardens in Kauai where they filmed a few scenes for Jurassic park.

When Phil said no the guy insisted that it was a reoccurring stain. My young tech who's teenage sheriffs academy trained ROTC ect ect and mixed martial arts, not to mention a wrestler from High School.

The guy snaps and goes to choke him out both hands on his neck.

Well Phil thinks to himself I've got more muscle in my neck then this guy does in his whole body.

So Phil palm strikes him in the chest sending old dude packing to the floor and hitting the wall.

Now old dude is super pissed, he charges Phil with his best take down move, Phil widens his stance grabs said hippy by the ponytail and arm after about a minute of struggling, old dude gasses. Gives up says I'm cool I'm cool.

That's when Phil picks up his glasses and clipboard to feel a warm spraying sensation to the face!

OHHHHHHHH IVE BEEN MACED.

He scrambles out the front door runs around the block and starts using a garden hose to rinse off the assault.

Took him a few minutes to call my son who had to miss a college class to go help him out.

They called the sheriffs and reported what happened, neighbors said the old dude maced the last tenant too.

It ended up costing my $250 for new glasses I got the check
Replaced that was lost.

The Moral of the story is Phil pick up the phone call
Me in Hawaii so I can say just clean the spot and make him
Happy.

So much cheaper that way.

You know the sheriff told Phil after he was assaulted with mace that he would've been justified to beat the crap out of the guy at that point.

But He was in so much pain. From the pepper spray.

Sam I had a Puerto Rican shipmate who thought pepper spray was very tasty. What are the chances?

Protocol was supposedly to dab the eyes with a Q-tip of the stuff. The Coast Guard, however, can't afford Q-tips. So the instructor makes you stand there, take a blast to the face and then fight to retain your sidearm and subdue the guy attacking you. We made sure to have baby shampoo handy to wash the oil out of our eyes.

Even after washing hands the effect was still quite noticeable. Ended up having to take a cold shower at his house......
