Got a call from customer who's dog got into the trash and some teriyaki sauce then rolled on the carpet.. anything I need to be watchful of?

I've cleaned broken bottles of soy sauce out of chinese restaurants cgd with no problems. but that didn't have a chance to dry.

Thanks,
Bill

hmm okay teriyaki sauce. ::pulls out teriyaki bottle:: checks ingredients

Molasses, acidic
onion powder, acidic
soy sauce, acidic (ph 4.8)
vinegar, acidic
pineapples, acidic

I'd say clean it on the alkaline side. seems like it would come right up.
