How does that tile head for the 360xl compare to your spinner with some crb agitation?

This floor was in a former gas station grocery store.

It was a variety of soils and when first looked at it was suspecting possible topical but turned out just heavy type soil that would cling to even the ceramic tile

We tested variety of products as you might see in the pic and variety of tools.

For this floor, the heavier weight of the RX 20 with an aggressive tile and grout brush was best for agitation...

For chems... We did find one that worked better and stuck with it. We also went back over all the other areas we had tested with other products to make sure would match.

The Rotovac 360 XL tile head is pretty awesome but it won't necessarily replace the good old TH 40 hydroforce turbo....

For grout line we were finding the interlink Stainless steel grout brush was best there but also used one of the shark brushes for edges... But the rotary with aggressive brush really helped.

No sealing wanted after, just clean it up.

Overall, I just think a person needs to be prepared for the unusual on these jobs but we did make nice time and pretty good pay...

New guy doing great by the way... His feet never stop moving... Good kid :)

Nice Testing area.

Thanks for doing the tests.

It would be nice to know the chemical rankings.

Or the winner if you care to divulge.

They all could get the job done, there was one that did a bit better on this tile and grout, removing some staining that the others would not, but I don't think I could say this would be scientific enough to just call one a winner.

If I get a chance to test like this again and see similar results I would feel more comfortable sharing if similar results came about

Rotovac 360 head for tile and grout cleaning is just terrible. Turbo Hybrid by far (really far) is the best tile and grout cleaning tool . FAST AND EFFECTIVE! I clean 1000sf regularly in homes in less than 1.5 hours setup to breakdown! Heat is key, and not necessarily chemical...
