Had some ideas after using the Rotovac 360 XL more.

Brush head with metal Glides just was a bit weird, lugged on motor... Hopping on some carpets... Just difficult flowing

Also for more commercial trying variations.

Really liking the new brand brush head with Teflon Glides added.

Also testing just Glides only on it

Brush head and Teflon Glides is super smooth, great agitation, cleans faster than regular head. Really nice around transition strips....

And seems to clean much faster than the regular head in number of situations SO FAR...

Don't mean to be overly critical, but it didn't appear the carpet was cleaning too well in that last video.

Lol! That carpet looked like it was on its last legs already, so anything was an improvement.
Do the glides really help the brush head on CGD?

The swoop heads are magic on pet hair, etc...

Do the Teflon glides do as well?

The brushes look great for scrubbing though!

The brush does alot of the work but the glides are still seemse swoop heads are magic on pet hair, etc...

So far seems like it. Slot Glides on this... The brush does most of the work and the glides are still capturing debris like the swoops on the edges

On an agitation level which is more aggressive, the brush head with teflon glides, or the regular head with the metal glides? Id still love to see 5 metal swoops on the 15 inch head.

The brush head with Teflon over the regular metal lip swoop head is cleaning faster I feel...I also have the metal swoops I can add on the brush head too....but each carpet is different and sometimes the drag from the metal glides was greater...so it would depend on the carpet.....

But I would say, if a person can make the metal glides with the brush head work.....whoa Nellie! could be incredible...

Right now....I am just really happy with this current set up of nylon and brush head....but I will keep experimenting.

I do like the fact the nylon shoes will be less likely to break a transition strip or tile transition strip with a less attentative tech....safety factor you could say.....

My son in law really likes this head set up though (brush and nylon glides) and he told me I couldn't have it back....LOL....

Is RV going back to that head design? That's pretty much how the RV looked prior to the swoop head setup.

I don't think this would be their main go to head design....

But it was something I wanted to try so I ordered the parts out of curiosity to try....

I have a couple Rotovac 360 XL's so I am robbing parts from each head to try....

Actually think I will order enough parts to do another brush head with nylon glides in the near future if I keep seeing good results...

But, if I run into something funky, will definitely share that information too....

Couldn't a guy attach the right brushes to a non-brush head?

Devastator Tom should make a kit.
