Too big, unless you have a huge pump and no need to recover the water and debris. I can't imagine using it in California. It would even raise question in Kentucky.

They were more common 20 years ago.

You all shud up, he needs it. Seriously, unless you’re doing warehouses and you have an auto scrubber to pick up the water or a parking lot there’s no use. I could use it for some of my church patios.

Looks to have vacuum attachment, however not where you need it.

There’s better options for exterior work.

And that bearing looks suspect

It looks like it does have a vacuum port. I agree, that looks like a pain where it is.
