I am sure it's a "Thank You" because I use their service.

NOT because I spread their name around here like I own the place.

Why don't they just charge less instead of giving cash back, sounds like the partridge family...over charge then give some money back. People are smarter than that wait wait wait......some people.

It was gift certificates and some cleaning solutions etc.
Would YOU charge less and not give some freebies?
Their service is well worth what I pay. The swag is just a bonus.

I can't even use the stuff, I met with one of my Techs today and gave it all to him.
He was a happy camper so that helps me too.
