I have been getting some 2 year old custys back because of the reminders being sent out automatically by SM.

I just approved an order for 100 more reminders of various dates. Woo Hoo.

I am amused easily.

Yea I went over all that when I first signed up. I will have to go over it again just to tweak it if needed.

Got two calls from the reminders today.

I will call them tomorrow.

This stuff works.

Also got a call from one who needed a service I don't provide so I referred her to a guy I am working with.

i love service monster they have saved me a few jobs I would have missed  great system, Im still learning.

I've been busy as hell. Thanks in part to Service Monster.

SM also makes my invoices pro, I can send them in PDF form to custys, email right out of the account page and track it all to see if it is working....and it does.
