I hired a smile- untrained. He's a willing and hard worker and catches on fast. I started him at 14 per hour, but a raise will be due soon. You tell him to do something and he jogs to do it and get 'er done.Scheduling more jobs in a day and being done earlier is FREAKIN' GREAT!
