I do all the work at their other new building (which is 10 years old now)

Assisted Living center....this new one is a lot larger in their commons area and has a pool.

A few more living units.

Great gig! This new one is even going to be a great bonus add on too!

Could have had the construction clean up (if I would have had a crew that could pull together) but I will stick to the floor surface spot removal already needed....anyone want a contract cleanup job? :)

Today was an open house for the public....a good portion of these rooms are already spoken for.

Were you trying to point out the crappy carpet installs?

Actually when I saw that I thought "What the heck?!"

The carpets were just layed in place and not completely installed.

Rush job just to make it presentable for the open house.

This place is supposed to be open Sept 1

I highly doubt that is going to happen!

Ya Know, If you don't mind working evenings or have someone to do that, it's fine. I have a retirement village that wants most work done at certain hours and I'm not cool with it, so I hope they look for someone else. I work alone and just don't have any interest in doing evenings.

Actually....all day work for them except when we might clean a dining room which would have us on site starting around 6 pm and out in a couple hours.

Agree....a lot of night work not something I recruit, but I was out a couple times the past week or so late....

Right now, gathering as many nuts as I can before winter and paying off last winter and springs couple bad months due to weather.

We work anytime any day, the rate will vary but if thats the best time to do it then it really can't be helped. I'd prefer to do it with least amount of traffic. Less of a fall risk.
