I got the 2.5" installed and used the GH for the first time today. Running at 450psi after 15min cut pile was dry to touch. Done 3 dry passes but thats what I alwys do and with the other wands I have and the 2" hose it never was dry on top that fast.


Thanks for all your help with this and the GH wand is awsome to say the least. After going from 1.5" wand to 2" you really notice when its time to carry it up & down stairs.

Glad all was well, it's a change not dry stroking as much as before, but that is where some of your production increase comes in, if one wet and one dry gets er done, then move on.

Don't be afraid to turn up the pressure a bit.

That 2.5 upgrade is sweet.

Canning the dry stroke has been my best decision lately. Serious improvement in production. Old habits are hard to break, but must be done sometimes.
