Within seconds after click on it, I got the worse virus attack on my PC ever.

It is completely dead. Just a flashing white 1/4 bar in the corner. No access to safe mode, just black silence.

Not sure who or what is at fault yet, but beware..... :idea: :idea: :idea:

Why would you click on a Rob Allen Ride along video? You do not keep customer info i.e. credit cards on that computer do you? If so you will need to contact each one and let them know they have been compromised

I love AVG... it scans as it downloads or as the video uploads/buffers and catches the internet STDs before they get a chance.

I got nailed recently because I'm a torrent slut. (50MB download speeds Hoodie) Never been nailed so bad before that point because I'm careful.

Been using this new kid on the block and it works well and has some of the best reviews out there. Processor overhead is low so it doesn't slow things down like some anti-virus software tends to be. Also no nagging screens either.

I may upgrade to the 50MB for a better tax deduction , but for what I do I'm happy with 30. Hope you don't run into any honeypots Bob. :shock: Ivebeensold I stopped d/l music and movies. I just hated the upload I had for transferring files via an FTP. Upgraded from 1.5 to 30.

On topic I thought the video was okay, but I never would have paid 150 bucks or whatever he was selling it for.

We use Viper. Mikey do you use Carbonite or anything like it? Who uses an AUTOMATIC back-up system and which one is best.

Pirate bay got nailed by the feds nearly a year ago, I wouldn't recommend downloading from there unless you're wanting tracking crap in every single one of your downloads. And I'm not talking about the standard torrent tracker either. The other two are good to go. isohunt.com and torrentz.com are good too.

PS. Ron Carbonite is good stuff. For the price you can't beat it, and its a great secure service.

So what's a good anti virus program?. I removed the free version of Avast due to it seeing itself as a virus..anoying. McAfee is running but it's not enough.

Mike your worse then My kids visiting all those anime sites and getting Viruses. My oldest daughter was on facebook and got the

win7 antivirus virus that is some nasty stuff.

gotta go and delete a bunch of crap from registry and do a system restore.

PS everytime I go to *** I get the server is to busy did I get locked Out NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
