pull up in front of your customers house with one of those and they will probable have a heart attack when you present them with the bill. Great rig for schools and large commercial, not the preferred vehicle for residential unless your cleaning palaces
That is exactly the market I want to start going after......

Buying an Aerotech is a business decision based upon how you want to operate your business.
First of all is the initial purchase, Jeremy will put you in touch with the bank that finances their equipment. The bank is located in Salt Lake and is familiar with Aerotech and their business model.
With the purchase of the Aerotech, you are purchasing a complete unit with everything you need to operate with the exception of your preference of cleaning tools. No need to find shelving, water tanks, etc. Depending on the amount of work you can generate, you can easily make the payment with one days income per month.
Customers impression of the willingness to invest in this type of equipment is huge, and they appreciate the fast and thorough service we provide to them.

I agree, I have a couple of commercial accounts that are 14000 sq ft + and I can do them with my Butler I just have to move the van about 3 time to complete a job that size.
The reason I would enjoy the Aero Tech is to be able to park it in one place and clean the whole place with out having to move my rig. Which is a big time saver.
A job that size more than pays for a couple of months payments on an a Aero Tech. I have 3 big commercial accounts right now and if I can get a couple more it will take care of the years Aero tech payments by themselves. Then all my residential becomes gravy on top of that !!!!

So let's cut to the chase here. How much is this beast and what is the monthly payment? What support, if any, comes from the company? Lovely machine but a serious investment I think

110k. Divide by the number of months and your interest rate and you will have a payment plan. As a far as support goes, I don't even own an Aero Tech, but have dealt with them more times than I can count over the years on custom made parts and accesories for my own rig. Their service is second to none. Butler doesn't even come close, that is my personal experience.

So if you can amortise it over 10 years, depending on your interest, it would cost you. Aprox 1000.00 per month. Compared to the butler lease plan, that's not a bad deal as long you keep it well maintained. If that type vehicle suits your location and service profile and you're serious about developing your clientele, you will blow your competion out of the water
