i'd like to see all posters have a Thanks button like maybe down next to their Quote button on the right.

when that poster helps someone, any1 can Thank him. then on the left next to the posters info it shows how many times he has been Thanked (gives a good idea as to if this person's advice is good/helpful to others)...and also shows how many times that same poster has Thanked others (gives a good idea if this poster is a know-it-all snob and doesn't need anyone else's help ).

i've seen this on other non-carpet related forums. makes all poster's step up their contributions a little, if they wanna get some board-cred 8)

Then, restore all topics to the freshly installed bb.
