Man I hate leaving a negative review. But to be honest, I am not impressed. I love Rotovac, the 360i and XL. The upholstery tool is very good.
But the Bonzer is not ready for prime time. It feels like a reverse engineered zipper that missed a few steps. The front stroke is fine, but the back stroke skips. It just feels too light.
The next step, of course, is to add a weight plate. But then how close does it have to mimic a zipper before it's just silly?
If this was 1996, it would be revolutionary.
The evolution of the Bonzer, in my opinion, basically makes it progressively more like the zipper. Almost as if to give the illusion of an evolving prototype rather than a direct copy.
The rear facing jets cancel out the shearing effect you get on the back stroke of a zipper. That is valuable on residential carpet that needs to dry fast.
Not trying to make waves. But that is my honest opinion.
