How many of you are following in your father's footsteps?

and how many of you have kids doing the same?
What about other family members being involved in the business?

Tune in to tomorrow night's MBWebinar with Saiger and I to take part in this timely discussion. My kids are in the process over taking over and Mark has his eyes on the horizon with his kids, son in law and a new hire..

We'll be discussing training on all levels from sweet talking old ladies to lipstick removal, teaching them business fundamentals they wont learn in community college as well as hopefully setting them up to better than us..

Escape kitchen chores on Thanksgiving eve and come hang with Johnny and Ed for a couple of hours.

Bring your kid too!

With two sons, it's definitely something I have put much thought into.

I don't plan on putting any pressure on them to take over the business, and would like them to continue to consider many other things.

They are already very eager to be helpers when they are old enough, as they are eager to tap into the revenue stream that I have made them well aware of.

I do expect to teach them, and for them to master every aspect of the business themselves, and to be able to perform on their own.

Regardless of what they choose to do, the experience and knowledge is invaluable in so many ways, and can be something to fall back on, or be a great source of secondary income at the least.
