What are they?

Welcome back Bob, I dig your wrap on your van. That van sure came a long way from when you first bought it.

Interesting. New copy going up on my new website underdevelopment draft sez this.

Safe for your family pets and the environment
I use people, pet and earth friendly products.

Done right
I thoroughly clean with the object of you being impressed with the fresh clean look of your carpets upholstery and tile

Feel comfortable with someone in your home
I respect your home and its contents and take the time to protect them

A fair price
It will be and I also offer a seniors and veterans discount for owner occupied homes.

Convenient for your busy life
I will work on weekends and often can accommodate same day appointments

Your guarantee
I stand behind my work. I guarantee it or you don’t pay me.

I would appreciate some more benefit statements. These guys that want to talk about their "unit" and show it to every housewife have it all wrong.

I'm completely redoing my website right now and I have a high expectation out of every word and every picture hitting the mark.

I'm going to make sure that the quality of my website resonates with discerning customers but doesn't scare off Joe Average.
On a scale of 1 to 10 my website from a cosmetic view is a 3 and on a copy standpoint its a 2.0.

As far as the look of the van itself I consider it a 6 out of 10 at best. That's what you get for knocking off someone elses van graphic design and that's my fault.

That look was originally one of Jim Bethel's who I got permission from to copy it. It was then knocked off by Greenville Carpet Cleaning who vastly improved it. I like his way better than mine. Unfortunately, between the different type of vehicle of mine and different designers (not their fault) my van came out really nice but not nearly as nice as the Greenville van. The Greenville van is a 9 out of 10.

Ok, quick looks at the website....sucks. No offense.

Your logo is awesome...but I told you that a long time ago.

You need to make your website match your trucks....I would say "or vice versa" but that would be wrong.

The colors and the background on your truck would work extremely well on your site.

Git ta werk!

2.dries fast
3.respect for their home
4.safe products
5.strong guarantee

Tell them you take your time and can't bust out 8 jobs a day like steemer.

That goofy looking van and the Greenville vans look great.

Sorry but your website hurts to look at. At least you know what you need to do.

Now remember I'm trying to be funny.... !gotcha!
1. owner operated - So what does that mean to Mrs. I-don't-know-who-to-choose-of-all-these-guys?
2.dries fast - How about We can have your home back to normal fast
3.respect for their home - Good but is that mean you are going to bow to them when you cross their threshold or sumthin else?
4.safe products That is an emotional thing think of babies with rashes and puppies in convulsions.... pull the heart-strings but not the fear strings...
5.strong guarantee - Exactly what does this over used and under-believed expression do for them?

Tell them you take your time and can't bust out 8 jobs a day like steemer.
I'm going to make a vacuum video, actually 3 of them because I will need at least 3 ten minute YouTube segments to explain it all to her....

LOL

That goofy looking van and the Greenville vans look great.
Yeah it is, but wait to you see the next one...

1. Most people like to support the local owner operator.
2. That works even better.
3. Means we aren't going to drag our hoses around, slam our wand through their base boards, corner guards, shoe covers for show. I walk to my truck with them on and come back into the home.
4. Non kawasaki syndrome causing chems and haz mat suits not required.
5. Most guarantees aren't worth the paper there written on.

Both your truck and current web-site look far better than anything that part-timer in Iowa has ever produced.

Dude, you've got a winner if you can make it work in a well layed out website design.

Just don't over do it.

Welcome back stranger!!

The whole premise of your initial question is wrong.(or could be better)

The statements that YOU make don't carry much weight.

Let your client do your boasting for your business.

It will make a much greater impact and add credibility to the statements.

I have found that most prospects are looking for, honesty, trust, ease of transaction and no worry results.

Then then can get on with other part of their lives.

Their world doesn't revolve around carpet cleaning.

Dave there is nothng wrong with my premise. I not asking someone to write a review. It is in terms of their mind.
