LOL Lee I have always found that learning from my mistakes is invaluable. Knowing what not to do is just as important as knowing what to do. Their is a saying actually I think I made it up. It is ok to make every mistake once but when you start repeating the same mistake over and over again then you are in trouble. Unlike Mikey I do not claim to be all knowing. you all talk about being the best and doing the best job but honestly, i think i do a pretty good job for what i charge. i could probably do better on almost every job but then i wouldnt be making enough to stay in business. its about making money to me and staying in business and ill use what ever tools i have to accomplish that.

on some jobs i scrub and run and others i scrub flush and treat or treat flush and scrub and flush some more. it all depends on what the customer is willing to pay for and what it takes to get the job done profitably. not "always" what it takes to get it done the best.
