All I ever used since 80.Still works great -upgraded to soft touch valve first yr .Butler offered...Very well made ,single easy to clean slot...With green glide by Jeff and Lisa even nicer...To each there own.But John Henry never ever failed me.Yes I named it lol...Used just the other day actually .We have larger Butler wands ,and a sapphire wand as well. Butlers larger version destroys shoulders on huge square foot jobs...Smaller gets me around and under and in better.Regards ! Own 2 ,the other is Butler single jet, seldom used...Both roughly 40 to 30 yrs old... Although huge fan of evo -here. light and just as nice. Prior to Butler I used Bane .

so it looks the same width all the way to the end so you would need to get a 1.5 inch adapter to 2 inch hose? Why would Butler do that? And at $950?
