I've had four sons and a daughter on the truck over the years, with VERY good results from them all.

Tiny bit of advice: Accept that they will likely be BETTER than you at it, and always build them up for their good work.

Don't be too critical when they make a mistake. I wish I'd been just a little easier on them in retrospect. The older two boys (now 38 and 40) now are in OSHA related work, but the three younger kids can still outclean me.

My 19 year old grandson is my next victim.
