Don't you love when you get a new CLIENT who has you out to clean a carpet under two years old, no pets, a tidy family AND the carpet gets vacuumed often?

No embedded soils, no piss puddles, little to no wear patterns, just a light dinge and a drink spot or three..

Maybe they have some tile and or vinyl, some polyester upholstery, all of which can be wet cleaned with just a rinse pass..

They're never home after the first due diligence appointment and they pay the same day over the phone.

The art on the walls is interesting

They view is breathtaking.

The beer in the garage fridge is your fave.

and its the only job needed on the schedule that day.

I could use one of those jobs soon to remind me why I put up with all YFP..

Just put another area rug in the van… the count is up to 6 now. The estate manager (Heather), said be very cautious when hauling out the area rugs, as all the artwork on the walls are alarmed…😳😳😳

Better than one I had today. Had one scheduled outside my service area, for an extra fee or course. Been talking to the property manager for 2 weeks getting things sorted out. He has me pick up the keys and go. I get my parking sorted out, unload my equipment and head up to the suite to find a frigging tile setter working there. No way I could work around him. Blows my entire morning. If he thinks I'm going back it's going to cost another $100 on top of the $350 we already agreed on. I'm tempted to throw the keys in the river.

Property manager called me back and apologized profusely. No problem with the extra $100. Scheduled for this Friday at 9. Good thing I held onto the keys
