Usually go with a sliding scale $1 sqr ft for say 200 sqr ft and then down to .30 for larger commercial jobs. After set up time we can move pretty fast.

Does anyone have a sliding price scale based on the size of the tiles? I only do ceramic/porcelin tile and charge .50 cents per sq/ft for 18" tile up to .60 cents for 12" tile for cleaning only.
