I have been deliberate in hiring people who retired early from good jobs who are fit and like to work. Almost all are customers I have worked for in the past and have mentioned that after they took sometime to adjust to retirement would they consider work part time for us.Can any of them get out of bed today? EXACTLY why I’m hesitant on hiring. The younger generation just doesn’t want to work. I’d rather do it with my helper (wife), and myself. No BS involved...
Don't give up looking. They are out there, just far and few between.
I've had some young people do good work for me.
But you can’t do that forever!! Me and mine did that for 28 yrs. side by side even though we did hire. But, someday it ends either by disability, or desire or both.
