You're welcome. You may need to reduce temp more than just a bit as the metal can get quite hot. Just experiment with different temps and also with how long you hover in the same area.

I find some carpet can take a set just using household hot water. Mike nailed it: 360i in, wand out. Groom immediately if the swirls still show.

I agree with the comments above. A CRB can be used (while the carpet's still damp) to remove the swirls.

If the customer has no regard for a modern-art swirl creation.

My suction hose picks up the rats while I'm hwe, because it's dumb to crb after you clean. When did marty get in to this mentality? Last I heard, his crb is collecting dust in his office

Ahh yes. There's nothing better than running a dirty beater bar vacuum over clean carpet after it's been cleaned.

I have 2 vacs... I actually have a dedicated vacuum for post vac for that reason. I dont like using dirty vac.
