A couple of products that raised some eyebrows:

Nissan 2500 Tall Van with Mytee Electric Truckmount:

Van was H.D. design & had 6ft 4in of clearance inside.
Electric TM was 230 VAC with a electrical box that plugged into two 115 VAC circuits.
Truckmount had two efficient vac motors along with a 70 GPM pumpout for flood restoration.
General Pump for Carpet & Tile 'n Grout.
Standard 2.5" Vac Inlet and vacuum silencers.

I also liked the improvements on the Stryker 14" TM wand:

No worries about the multi-jet manifold any longer.
Teflon glide standard.
Also, they went to a conventional valve and handle design.

Noel Frank gave a great "Marketing for the Weak Economy" session.
Talked about the referral system they used to keep 10 TM's booked in a town of 100,000 people.
