it doesn't bother me if/when a prospect tries to negotiate a better price .
The answer is yes or no.
and sometimes it can be a , maybe "if"
If you we can schedule you 3 times a year instead of two, we can....
"if" you ad the upl today, i can protect it for 1/2 price

I've never understood the folks that get all indignant about trying to negotiate price.
The answer is yes, no or maybe.

certainly nothing the "loath" anyone about.

BTW, when was the last time you paid sticker price for a car or van?

hell, for that matter, we try to get the "client" to spend more money than they originally intended .

"you know, Mrs Phiff, while we're here I can do the traffic lanes in the bed rooms for $X amount"
Is that really any different?

We're both trying to get a "little more" out of the relationship, aren't we?
