I credit them for doing a video to promote the business, and the van itself looks nice. A little work on the wand head would have made a better impression of course.

The majority of the wands that we see in the trucks we service look like that one.
This is a reminder to me that we need to do a clean and polish on those as a no charge bonus to our customers.

That’s awful! I can somewhat understand not caring what your wand look like if you do commercial, since usually no one is around. But residential, image is part of the pie.

The stair tool he is using in the closeup is in no better shape (just before it shows him pulling up in his unclean van)…..which brings me to my next point…. At least it shows him cleaning the riser
