The one you like that has the best cost per sq ft and is made by a company you support. One that protects against soils, oils, spills and stains... as for Furniture protector solvent fabric protectors are illegal here in Utah, yes even that one don't care what he tells people it is, so we are stuck with water base which isn't the best for furniture just what we have..So John in your opinion what is the best protector? It all started with California. T-butyl acetate is approved but smells real nice.
