The Pastor, his wife and son all work there, so the Pastors wife is in charge. We've Cimexed it for years, but all of a sudden it's a problem. Going back to Zipper it this afternoon.

Actually, he is right about preacher's wives. Marty, I'd suggest you damp CRB the tarnation out of it and then groom it.

Might work. If not, at least it'll keep you off the streets for an hour or two.

I just got back. I did 3500 sf in jus a little over an hour. No vac, no prespray. Set the psi on 600, heat on 220 and pulled the trigger on the Zipper. Never stopped walking or let off the trigger until I was finished. Jr kept the hose moving. Looked marvelous, but then again,it looked great when we got there. Acid rinse set on 2.

I remember a couple schools taught by Doug Bowls. One story about a guy never happy with the cleaning of the carpet in his commercial building. The reason why? It was because he equated clean with swirls. To make him happy, the cleaners used an rx and did not groom.

Grooming makes a carpet look like new, but leaving swirls or wand marks makes the carpet look like it has just been cleaned.

Another story by Doug. Doug was speaking with an in plant rug cleaner and asked the cleaner "won't soaking the rug make it shrink?" Answer. "Well if it is worth anything it will!"

All in your perspective.

One night we got to a 5 floor department store.
Started the first floor and hit it with dual Rx's.
Finished the first sections and started to hit it with groomers.
Management showed up and said why are you removing the swirls (We like that look, freshly cleaned.)

Can you say "Yahtzee"
