I've had this cleaning account for 30+ years. I never truly had many issues at all. A couple years ago this business decided to put a not so bright maintenance supervisor in charge of the cleaning account.
His previous place of employment was a larger company, I've meet a few of these people who work there plus in management and they describe him as a person with a lack of initiative.

They decided to wax a quarry tile men's restroom floor which gets a lot of traffic.
They did not properly prepare the floor, most of the grout lines are dirty, they waxed over old paint drips. They also used a wax that needs an extra level of care, buffing, etc.

I'll show pics, let me know what you think. I have a Problem Apex and all the tile tools. They are smarter than myself that's probably why they did not mention what they were doing.

Let it be and do what you normally do, which I assume is maintain it. It will start wearing off and look like shiate, and if they start to complain, remind them who did what.

I would document it with pics and your professional opinion. Probably should be stripped, cleaned then sealed properly.
