I appreciated Fred’s work here, and his helpfulness when it came to technical support.

I also respected the fact that he felt no need to be friends with anyone, and just did his job as he saw fit,

Unlike most of you, I got to spend face to face time with him on two or three occasions, the first being very memorable as he looked nothing like I envisioned him, and very much like my nephew.



I pray that he finds Jesus, and a better source of regular income than this site provided.

Fred got frustrated with Mikey right after Mikey found religion because Mikey was giving Lee Stockwell a rough time in the rubber room. Fred found it to be hypocritical. Then just the other day Mikey said “I’m tired of Marty and Fred trying to bring me down” after we both called out his narcissistic behavior on some thread or another. Fred respond by saying “consider this my notice.”
Melon always has trouble remembering the reasons regarding his behavior running folks off.
Just another narcissistic trait.
I’m glad I could help shed some light on this.

Paula and I completely quit talking about our faiths.
We may talk about about what my church is doing for the community or what her friends are up to, but for the sake of harmony and love in our home, we can't compare the two.

I took the same approach here with you all.

I took a vacation for a while when the board was dominated by a few that annoyed me and who didn't, in my view, bring anything good

Mike himself?

He can express things that are hurtful, and at times those things have disappointed me. But I've got feet of clay myself, and have needed forgiven for my own words and acts in my lifetime.

An 18 year friendship (a word I don't use loosely) has been more than worth that level of indulgence and patience on my part.

I can only hope my friends and family will give me the same latitude when I fall short, as I too often do.
