Thinking My Water Might be TOO Hot !!

I was farting around the van and mixing up some shit with the aux hose connected to my solution line fitting (ATM). I did some more farting around then went back in to clean. I keyed the trigger and realized I forgot to flip the valve open. Went out not thinkin cause it was cold n snowy, I flipped the valve open and then here comes the pressurized steam whipping back n forth. Nice coating across my face then a couple of passes across my opposite of elbow.

Im actually thinking of converting to propane heater. Ive had a brand new never used one sitting in the garage for the las 5 years. I was thinking of redirecting the lines from the heat exchanger into a large fresh water barrel on some type of circulation system to keep the water moderately warm before feeding it into the propane heater to give me the controlled heat I missed having back when I had a propane system.

Or keep it simple and do away with the exchanger. Although the warm feed would use less propane. Hmmmnn !!

I did that once and it whipped over my foot, by the time I realized it my foot was blistering and I've never removed a sneaker and sock so fast in my life!
Ever since then....I always hold that hose, even if I just started the TM.

Happened to me once, water hit me in the stomach, skin came off immediately, some of the worst pain I've ever experienced. Now I won't have a open ended hose or one with on/off valve. It must have a trigger valve.

Never saw a need for a hot water hose to fill something at the TM.

I use it to mix my jugs at the job site. Including the headpack.
I also use it to rinse off my equipment after each job.

I had a hose blow next to my foot once. Blistered my foot. Now that lead hose gets replaced every July.

That can be a HOT mofo! The new Pro1200 has a courtesy hose that is pretty hot, but is under a very low pressure. Won't go whipping around

I used a roto vac power wand (dual head) and Dri master floor tool .. couldnt get the hang of it !!

Definitely considering the 360

Occasionally, but I mix it inside at their sink with their hot tap water.

I've always had a convenience hose. I do jobs with no water on at the house, and I think some folks don't like me using their sink.

It seems like every time I want to use the sink there are dishes in it. Back to the truck I go.
