Thought I had seen it all today...

Go to this house today and swore I was either at JiMmy’s custom trailer or an owner of a Chinese restaurant. Forks and knives stuck into the mulched walkway.
Owner says it’s to keep neighborhood cats from using his walkway sides as a litter box.
Me thinks it’s to supplement ssi and catch cats for the local pork fried rice joints.
