A fellow cleaner in my area swears by this stuff...says he uses it on everything and it cleans great. Have any of you guys tried it? Thoughts?

There are a lot like it. Procyon, Clean Safe, Steam Action has one as well. I prefer the Procyon.

Do you guys have something in your arsenal that is truly natural and still effective for when particular customers request it? If so do you care to share what works for you?
In those situations I've been using Carpet Details. It is a mild pH of 8 to 8.5 For more punch on dirty synthetic carpet and tile I boost it with Benefect's Atomic degreaser with a pH of 11. Then use hydrogen peroxide as a spotter, and the Atomic itself at various dilutions. 100% natural as far as I know, very versatile, and pretty effective.
