It's not his fault. This has been coming for many many years. He's doing good trying to save it.

Let's face it, too much fluff in carpet cleaning classes trying to extend the class. There just isn't enough meat on the bone. It's hard to have advanced carpet cleaning when there isn't enough relevant material for the basic class.

It's working for other Certification categories but there is more depth for Advanced training.

Until they have a .gov website they will be irrelevant. Personally I like the Wild West feel of the industry. I don’t want standards or certifications. I don’t want some agencies nose I’m my business picking my pocket. Taxes and business license are enough.
