tile and grout help

I'm using vipor venom sprayed on dew about 15 min using spinner wand and not getting good results! Any suggestions? Thought I might use some O2? Open to suggestions!

Are you scrubbing with a grout brush?

If man made tile then use an acidic cleaner after the alkaline.

Yeah its the grout that's not cleaning well. Black!

I prefer Oxy Blaster from Magic Wand as my Alk cleaner.


and despite what lazy cleaners tell you, scrubbing helps a lot.



and check to see if the grout has a topical sealer on it.

You find that home owner love to put clear coats down intentionally and unintentionally.


Mop n Glow is the debil



If your acid cleaner is not making the grout fizz, clean the floor with a stripper first ( may take 2 or 3 times to get it all off)

What Mikey said, plus you don't need to buy Viper it's too much $ for just an alkaline.

You can use modified 02 double strength

What psi/temp do you use? Is it just this one job that is giving you trouble?

230 temp give or take, 1000 psi. Have not had this troube before, also have not done a lot either. Traffic soiling is most likely from bathroom. Some of the grout cleaned in chips and some just lighten up not very uiform. How would I stripe and what to use? I don't have a 175.

mix up some o2 judson with booster or what ever you have. some peroxide from sallys will help. dwell time is key. keep it wet or you will have to start over
