What do you charge on average per sq foot for tile cleaning?
what do you charge on average per sq foot to seal grout?
Do you charge extra for taping off the edges?
Do you charge extra if you have to use restorer to bring the gout lines back from the dead? per sq ft?

Instead of set rates, charge about double your carpet cleaning price to clean, then 1-1.5x that to clear seal. That usually won't get you many problems from customers. The sq. footage usually is not that much anyway.

clean and seal down here is as low as .65 and as high as 1.50 sg ft...still dang good money and easy.

I dunno about $.65, but I do it for $1.50 all the time. I guess if it was a toooon of tile.

Shouldn't Scott (c&s) know his numbers first so he knows "about" what his break even point is ? or should he just listen to you guys pulling numbers out of thin air for him ?

i so far have made my min charge for tile and grout cleaning (trip to clean only tile and grout) $100.00
If its done with other services then its $50.00 min charge

My break even point for cleaning is .50 per sq ft. so i have lots of room for potential profit. (and thats still me making a decent wage)

i was just looking for about what you guys charge. thats all. i dont want any of you to think that if you tell that you are going to be outbid by another mb member.

id do it once a week and only have to work once a week.....

it aint the sqft price you need to worry about...its the per hr rate
