Did a tg job a week ago went back to clean her carpets and noticed the grout lines still looked dark. Grout lines were heavily soiled when I first cleaned them in her kitchen/breakfast room. I used Tsumani, crb and rinsed at 900psi. When cleaning was done it looked great, but after a week grout looked I didn’t even touch it? What might of happened??

Was the first picture taken when it was wet? If not there could be a topical sealer on it. If they liked the shine they may have went back and put topical sealer on it again because they like the shine.

I think he's saying they might've applied the floor finish after you cleaned to make it darker

grout lines were reddish in color after cleaning...once grout lines dried after a week, noticed black spots in the grout. Blotchy dark areas on some of grout after drying.

What sealer did you use?
And what prespray?

no sealer was applied. Customer lived in the home for 9yrs and said no type of sealer was ever applied.(according to them). Saiger Tsunami was the ps used for this job.

Is it possible you removed some dye from the grout?

How about trying and Acid rinse....

Sealing with an Enhancer may fix it if acid doesn't
