Tile, regrout and repairs

I hate cleaning showers but I do a few and they always seem to be in bad shape. The last one I cleaned needed to be re grouted and as usual I find a few loose tiles. Does anyone do re grout and repair, how do you charge for them. I need to start explaining to customer that any tile repairs will add to the price. When you find bad tiles there's always wet substrate under it that needs to dry out and that drags the job out for days.

Imo its a must to do repairs if you're going to clean and seal showers and tubs
