I have a 2012 Prochem Legend and do tile all the time with great results, maybe you are using a crappy chemical. I do it well only using 600-1000 PSI

Yep... Was on specs for cleaning this floor... 3m product... Bit micromanaged

We do get some weird requests sometimes for carpet but never for tile.

Improperly used spinners are getting a bad reputation with tile setters and retailers.

Cracked joints and lifted tiles..

Yes, heat/psi too high and lack of an inspection.

Hard to convince guys just because you CAN do something, doesnt mean you SHOULD.

I've still got installers down here that say HWE causes mold in the pad.

So who cares what tile setters say?

too much heat may cause tiles to lose bond from thermal expansion..... also can cause tenting
