Tips disbursement

Two guys one the truck, you as the owner and your assistant, you get tips, how/what do you do with them?

Keep them.

Split then 50/50

Give 'em to the assistant.


I do the latter, i look at it as incentive for him, not to lean, look/act polite and just overall make the custy comfortable w/his presence.

Gotta say though when we get a $50 tip, sure tests my convictions to that, but he got it. It's all good, I get the profit. 8)

AND jus as a side note...
yous all DO know that the black community gives a tip prolly 90% of the time while Mrs Pasty Phiff tips only about 20% of the time......

Unless it's home baked goods like apple pies or cookies/brownies .
then I "might" share some with them.... :mrgreen:

i looked closer and there were THOUSANDS of little red piss ants on the counter......bein' rolled into the cookies....
i politely declined the fresh baked goods she offered as a tip....!
