We just bought a Titan 575 and it comes from the factory set at 12 inches of lift.
The manual states it is the optimum setting for the longevity of the blower and belts etc., but, we want more.
Can we safely go higher? 14? 15?

I set all of my units at 14. No need for any more. The higher your lift, the less airflow (CFM) according the the blower performance charts.

Thanks for the response. These factory setting recommendations seem to be more of a CYA thing than real world usage.
Hope I'm not wrong.
Sapphire says 13. Most manufacturers say 12-15. A couple go higher. The higher you go of course, there is more stress on belts, couplers, engine and drive components. 14 shouldn't be an issue for any unit.

Keep an eye on your blower belts on the first 50hrs. If you turn it up, it’ll cause some belt slapping which makes a weird sound until the belts are set in. Just adjust it to 1/8”-1/4” of play
