My tm has about 2800 hours. Other then the usual oil changes , spark plugs, de-scale and air filter nothing's ever been done to it as far as maintenance. What are a few things that I should have done (valve adjustment, belts..ect). Never have had to replace any belts.

It's a maxx 450 without water pump. 3 cyl water cooled.

thanks,
Albert

Things are going to be a little slower for awhile because everyone is in Vegas........

My truck and equipment are both on a tight maintenance program....

If I was you I would check and see what the maintenance requirements are and then just step it up some....Oils and things are cheap...break downs are expensive.....

Do you still have your owners manual? There is an 8 page section on machine maintenace in there, section 11 I believe.

You already named the things I'd do. I'd replace those belts. When I had the valves adjusted on my machine, there was a huge difference.

I've heard of guys replacing their high pressure lines as well. Probably a good proactive step.
