I’m in the market for a new spot machine/smaller portable.
The unit I have now has died on me.

I need something I can use primarily for spotting, small furniture jobs, or in a pinch, hook up a porty wand and do a single room or 2 in a high rise.

Any recommendations as to the best machine to get?

Compact and powerful is what I’m after. Heat would be great, but not necessary.

I have the EDIC Bravo and it works quite well. The heater in not an online heater but heats in the reservoir. Nice handle, pulls along nicely. I use it primarily for spots but could clean a chair with it.

Jim Pemberton sold me a Kleenrite Sphere to do exactly what your are looking to do. I clean upholstery and small high rise apartments with no issues or problems. My version is 200 psi with heat and 1 three stage vac. I use it every week. After 4 years, it still works great.
