Transfer pump failing and tripping breaker.

Could how I have the Transfer pump and expansion tank installed, causing the issue?
The transfer pump will work for a bit but eventually fail.
I'm so frustrated im thinking about removing the entire transfer pump system The only doing direct feed.

What is the amperage on your pump? Can you adjust the pressure switch on your pump? if so turn it down.

I removed the expansion bladder tank from the equation and everything seems to be working better. I guess it's a bad idea to install the tank above the pump..perhaps it causes a Siphoning or airlock.
