What engine are you running Mark? I think both of my 1 tons with the 6.0 only get about 11-12.

Kevin what machine do you run? is it fuel tapped into the truck?

pro 1200 so yes it runs off the truck but I've checked the milage on long drives without cleaning time. I've never been able to check consumption while cleaning. Doing a hotel today so I may try.

don't have that feature on the 2003 or 2006 but my 2008 rug van that is empty reads about the same as yours. ouch.

I initially wasn't getting Eco Boost but after my lease agent looked at the torque under load he called me and said you better spent the money and get the Eco.

No longer carry the Pro Team POS. Replaced with a Hoover Porta Power for edges and uph.

Added a second Seal A Door off the top shelf where I also store the PFM tile wand. Runners now lay on top of the Turbo Hybrid to the right of the vac reel.

This is buried on the 3rd page but has anyone looked at the Mercedes Benz Metris? New in 2016. About the same size as the old Astro vans so kinda in the mid size category -which right now there isn't many choices. I don't use a TM so it's plenty big for me.

I've been looking, it's a 1 ton capacity, so you can install a midsize tm. A little pricey but it is bigger than a Astro van, smaller than a Savanna. Gets into the underground parking if you are serviceing condos and downtown commercial. Probably going to be my next vehicle when my Volkswagen t4 bites the dust.
