I have an orbot Vibe. It is easy to use and seems to do a nice job, but, It seems to go through a lot of product. I have been told that it does put down more spray than is really necessary. I stayed away from the Phoenix because it had a 2.5 gallon tank. But, when I watch videos online, it seems to last longer than my Vibe. Can anyone comment on the consumption of product between the two. I am looking to add a second machine.

Obviously there's a lot of variables but I think you could expect about the same for average conditions

and sometimes you may see 2000 ft...

Thank You Mike. Just to clarify, are you saying 1500 to 2000 per 2.5 gallon in the Phoenix or with the same 4.5 gallons of the Vibe?

Sidenote, what's your favorite encap juice Jeff? I recall you opting for more natural options..

I don't have a Vibe, I have a Sprayborg and a Trinity Phoenix. The jets on the Sprayborg are larger than the Jets on the Phoenix, which is why it goes through solution faster. You can always change the jets. Both my machines works well with the 2.5 gallon jugs but the Phoenix is faster and more aggressive than the Sprayborg. I have a dozen 2.5 gallon jugs and I prefill them the morning of the job. Today I did 30 hallways in a high-rise strata building. Used 6 jugs.

So Jeff, does your vibe have a solution control valve on it? Obviously Excellent Supply knew this was an issue and came up with a #solution.

2.5

There always be extreme situations where you have to make four passes all wet or just one pass barely wet.

There's probably other things you can do to get more square footage out of your vibe as mentioned below or possibly doing some free spring on difficult areas or upping your dilution
