This gentleman supposedly has two of these for sale. Would this have any advantages over my Mytee Eco 14?

Advantages..

Easy swap and clean solution tank

Easier to flush lines and pump

Much easier to maneuver in tight spaces

Three choices of occilation throw/ speed

Its not a Mytee

and most importantly, the tamping action

Do you think it would be an upgrade? Mytee made a lot of junk, but the Eco is a great unit that cleans great and fast.
I have never used the Eco so can't really compare. I have a Sprayborg which is a great machine but I find the Phoenix is a little faster. The Phoenix has a larger orbit, may have a higher rpm and also has some up and down tamping action. I have a dozen 2.5 gallon jugs for both machines and bring all the solution I need. Makes for quick and efficient cleaning on commercial carpet.

I used both side by side with Derrick and Eckman on a half way house in Reno

Jim felt the same way I did about the two and their differences

I don't think I can justify 6 machines at this point, so I've decided to pass on them.

There's the link if anyone wants to pursue.
