Talking to a guy a couple weeks ago about Trinity production rate on CGD maintenance accounts...tonight, 4 of us, 2 Trinity Spyders, 2 Pre/Post vacuumers, approximately 12,000sqft... just under 4hrs... $2450... and we do this every month...Conference rooms and Hall areas in a major medical complex. ...less then $200 in chemical cost. ...areas spread out all over campus...so a lot of moving from area to area... I'm not mad at that .#Blesses

But did you vacuum first?

HELL NO!

In a futile attempt to TRY and remove any pixie crystals YOU HAVE TO VACUUM FIRST!

STUPIT!

Yes "bonnets" (but not bonnets. Trinity is destroys traditional bonnets) ... I use their Microfiber pads with the scrub strips and their Glad pads...we had 2 5gal buckets full of dirty pads last night so I'm guessing 12-15 pads total... didn't count them.

Wow, not many. I clean using both VLM and HWE. My hangup with VLM using bonnets, (many types Glads, Microfiber, Ironman etc,) seems to be way more time consuming. Even though it is NOT supposed to be. Then factor in the need to launder the bonnets . Because I always seem to use way, way more than most people say they use.
I have both , a couple of 175s, as well as an older OP.

I can't imagine using only 15 pads on that much area.

Lots of talking point here... but remember, this is a maintenance account for me that I do monthly...yes, various and sometimes numerous stains but not a lot of soil load (outside of the areas in front of elevators) ...on this job we focus on Padcapping ...definitely a difference in Pad-Extraction, Padcapping and Encapping ...you dont use many pads Padcapping.... as for laundry, we have a commercial shop with designated washer/dryer...also a commercial Janitorial division...laundry running all week and a staff that helps tend to it....no biggie for us..... I guess, in short, it works for us and works well.
